Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please Contact Us. Pink House will gladly accept defective merchandise for return or exchange. We will inform you of the best method to return or exchange your product.

Most returns are processed within five days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. If you paid with a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the credit and emailed to you. If you paid with PayPal and want credit back to your account, you must return your merchandise to our warehouse for a refund.

Returning Merchandise

You can send items back to us at the address below using any shipping method with a tracking number. We cannot accept COD returns.
